Peter Steger, CLU, ChFC, REBC

Peter earned his BS and Masters in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, where he also played BIG 10 baseball and was a graduate assistant coach. Immediately upon obtaining his Masters Degree he went on to open the Houston office for a subsidiary of AON Corporation, one of the largest insurance brokerage firms in the United States. He has earned the industry designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC).

Peter resides in Northfield with his wife Sheila of 38 years. Their six children keep them very busy! He maintains friendships and involvement with his fraternity, Sigma Chi, and is currently President of House Corporation Board. He also continues his love of baseball as a volunteer sophomore baseball coach at Loyola Academy, a Jesuit College Preparatory High School in Wilmette, IL.
